What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
No refunds, but rescheduling or store credit (gift cards) available for boat rentals ONLY.
No shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to full cost of the services.
What is your no show policy?
You are subject to full cost of services for no shows.
Do you offer refunds due to weather conditions?
No refunds due to weather. Rescheduling or store credit (giftcards) available for boat rentals ONLY.
What is the late fee policy?
All boats arriving after 5 pm will be charged a late fee of $25 per boat per hour.
