  • Where are you located?
    Beachwood (Cedar Creek): 1800 Double Trouble Rd, Beachwood, NJ 08722 Pemberton (Rancocas Creek): 201 Hanover St, Pemberton Boro, NJ 08068
  • What are your shop hours?
    Beachwood (Cedar Creek): 7 am - 1 pm Pemberton (Rancocas Creek): 8:30 am - 1 pm Open 7 days a week. These same hours apply to weekdays & weekends.
  • How can I make a reservation?
    Via text, call, email, or fill out the online form located in the "reservations" menu bar of our website. Everything is based on availability!
  • When can I make a reservation?
    Reservations are to be made during our business hours for our convenience. At least 3 - 4 days prior to the reservation date. Business Hours: Sun-Mon 7 am - 1 pm Email hours: Mon - Fri: 5pm - 6 pm. Sat - Sun: 7 am - 1 pm *Anything after the exceeding time will not guarantee a confirmed reservation until the next business day.*
  • What do I need to include in a reservation?
    Reservation Name, Date, Time, Number/Type of Boats, and a Drop in Location. Credit cards are also needed to hold reservation requests.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    Walk-ins at our locations are NOT accepted!
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    No refunds due to weather. Credit cards are needed to hold reservation requests. No shows or same day cancellations will result in a $50 nonrefundable charge.
  • Where are your drop-in locations?
    Cedar Creek: - Girl Scout Camp (4-5 hrs) - Dover Forge (7-8 hrs) - White Bridge (3-4 hrs) Rancocas Creek: (no length time)
  • What are your drop-in times?
    The trips we provide have certain drop-in time frames as followed: Dover Forge: 7 am - 8 am Girl Scout Camp: 7 am - 8 am White Bridge: 7 am - 1 pm Pemberton Boro: 8:30 am - 1 pm *Please be advised that the state regulates our business hours inside the state park*
  • When is your last drop-in time?
    The last drop-in time is no later than 1 pm.
  • When is your last pick-up time?
    The last pick-up time is no later than 5 pm. After that time will be a $25 late fee per boat per hour.
  • Do you allow pick-ups at Western Blvd?
    We do NOT allow pick-ups at Western Blvd, due to liability of our customers and staff.
  • Where is the pick-up location at Cedar Creek?
    The pick-up spot is at the old railroad "Trestle" located in Lanoka Harbor.
  • How do I know when to get picked up from the Trestle?
    Call FROG when you are leaving "Western Blvd" also known as Red Zone 8. From Western Blvd to the Trestle is approximately 30-45 minutes. We do NOT allow pick-ups at Western Blvd.
  • Where is the pickup location at Rancocas Creek?
    There is no ending location for the Rancocas Creek. Paddle up and downstream as many times as you'd like and meet back at the shop.
  • How many miles did I paddle the Cedar Creek?
    The drop-in locations below indicate how many miles you have paddled to reach the Trestle pick-up location. Dover Forge: 10 miles Girl Scout Camp: 7 miles White Bridge: 5.5 miles Griffin Petry's website is an excellent resource! Check out the "Mile Markers" tab located under the "Waterways" menu bar of our website for more information or click the interactive Google Map below.
  • Can I rent a boat to use on a different waterway?
    Yes, if you are experienced with a waterway and would like to rent a boat for a day, we are happy to accommodate you! Contact info and a form of ID from each renter will be needed. Check out the "waterways" menu bar of our website for boat delivery locations.
  • How many people fit in a canoe?
    2 adults and 1 child under the age of 8 years old fit in a canoe.
  • What can I wear/bring on the creek?
    Clothing: Any clothing you wouldn't mind getting wet that can dry quickly. Footwear: Water shoes Crocs Worn-out sneakers Food/Drink: Water Sandwiches Snacks Health: Sunscreen Bug Spray Accessories: Coolers Sunglasses Hats Koozies Some of these items can be purchased at our shop. Items may be limited. There are no trash cans along the way, so what you bring in, you must bring out! Onion (mesh) bags are provided in our shop or on the buses.
